3D model of Lake Baikal
A second year student of Institute of Mathematics, Economics and Information Science, Ivan Sidorov won a certificate of the 1st degree and 10, 000 ruble prize for his “3D model of Baikal” in All-Russian contest for post-graduate student and student innovation projects devoted to “ Information telecommunication systems” - a priority branch of science and technology development. Ivan was also awarded by Sun Microsystems, his project has won spectator prize. Ivan turned out to be the youngest participant of the contest finals.
