The library fund has two issues of this magazine (#2-1902, #4.-1903). These 22,5x18 notebooks have 23 and 25 pages in paper covers.
Both issues have articles about S-D party’s point of view on a situation in Russia. It points out a need to fight autocracy. The materials do not have too much local information. But there are some copied texts from a newspaper “Sparkle”, “Revolutionary Russia” and etc., and proclamations, spread in the city.
